Whether you're planning a home addition in Kingston, a secondary suite in North Bay, or a commercial fit-up in Peterborough, our permit-ready design process works the same way anywhere in the province. Virtual consultations are available across Ontario at no cost. In-person consultations are provided free within 100 km of Ottawa; for projects further afield, we'll discuss travel arrangements at the first consultation.

Growing up surrounded by the iconic modernism of Oscar Niemeyer and Burle Marx in Brasília, Brazil, I fell in love with spatial design at an early age. My family moved around many times, and through these different spaces, I learned to adapt, find beauty, and identify the unique challenges of every environment. Unsurprisingly, Brazilian Modernism became a cornerstone of my design philosophy. As I studied and travelled, I grew fascinated by international building styles, from traditional to contemporary. My references are thus a mix of all continents - a result of globalization.
Living, studying, and working in Toronto and Ottawa introduced me to an incredible new paradigm: the stark, beautiful constraints of the Canadian seasons. After working for an engineering firm on a wide variety of projects across both Ontario and Nunavut, I realized that designing homes and everyday spaces is my true passion. Today, I provide technical solutions for everything the Canadian climate demands - while always infusing a hint of my tropical roots. Based in Ottawa, I work with clients across Ontario — whether that's a home addition in Kingston, a secondary suite in North Bay, or a commercial fit-up in Peterborough.
